
Olio Basso at Tuttofood 2026
From May 11 to 14, experience the taste of happiness!
Olio Basso will take part in Tuttofood, the international food & beverage exhibition held at Fiera Milano from May 11 to 14. Four dynamic days featuring four unmissable events alongside some of the most renowned names in Italian pizza.
The event begins on MONDAY, MAY 11, with a double session.
From 12:00 to 14:00, Diego Vitagliano — ranked No. 1 in the world and in Italy by 50 Top Pizza — will present our new Campania PGI oil, pairing it with his contemporary pizza. He will be joined by Nerina Di Nunzio.
In the afternoon, from 15:00 to 17:00, Giuseppe Maglione of Daniele Gourmet — awarded Due Spicchi by Gambero Rosso — will take the stage, presenting a pizza enhanced with rosemary-infused oil, highlighting it as the perfect ingredient for creating a flavorful recipe. He will be joined by Rosa Iandiorio.
On TUESDAY, MAY 12, from 13:00 to 15:00, the atmosphere turns "Happy" with Gino Sorbillo. An icon of Neapolitan pizza, he will debut the Happy Pizza, a signature creation celebrating his partnership with Olio Basso. He will be accompanied by Barbara Politi.
On WEDNESDAY, MAY 13, from 13:30 to 15:30, the series concludes with Marco Montuori, a highly talented pizza chef and Olio Basso partner for the Pinsa Romana guide. His showcooking session — featuring our Vivaci oils — will provide a memorable finale.
