Frittò is a blend of high-oleic sunflower seed oil, grapeseed oil and tocopherols: ideal for light, crunchy and fragrant frying. It stands out for its high oleic acid content (> 81%), which gives it excellent stability at high temperatures and resistance to degradation during cooking, without producing foam or off-putting odors. The Frittò formula boasts antioxidant properties thanks to the presence of tocopherols, and reaches smoke point only at 230 °C (445 °F). For safe frying, we recommend not exceeding 180 °C (355 °F).
