Our “lively” range includes olive, grapeseed, rice bran and avocado oils. Olive oil is excellent for frying and, thanks to its neutral taste, lends itself well to the preparation of sauces, preserves and baked goods – to which it adds fragrance and crunch. Grapeseed oil is excellent for seasoning salads, vegetables and cheeses and, with its high smoke point, is also perfect for frying. Rice bran oil is exceptionally healthy because it is rich in antioxidants, y-oryzanol and vitamin E: this makes it preferable to use as a condiment on salads and cold dishes based on vegetables or fish. Avocado oil is rich in oleic acid and offers a remarkable polyphenolic content, making it ideal for dressing salads or fresh vegetables, and for the preparation of sauces and fish or chicken dishes.
